Monika Salquist | Director of Finance

Monika has been interested in the numbers of business dating back to her youth in Czech Republic working for the family nursery. She moved to America to study finance, and her first post-college job in 2003 was with the company about to become Accelitas. Greg Cote was clearly impressed. When Monika decided to leave on maternity leave, Greg told her “See you in six years.” Six years later, he called Monika and she was thrilled to rejoin the team in California. “I was flattered,” she recalls. “And from there I went full-throttle.”  

Having been a part of Accelitas’s infancy, Monika was well-prepared to shepherd the company’s rapid growth, enlisting her love of numbers and knack for human interaction to make sure the lofty goals of colleagues, clients and company are adding up properly.
